Thank you for using Jobly. This policy explains how refunds work when you buy something from the Jobly app or website (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree with this policy.


1. Refunds for Subscriptions

1.1 Free Trial
New users get a free trial. During this time, you won’t be charged. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no cost.

1.2 Paid Subscriptions
If you pay for a subscription, you can cancel anytime. Refund rules are:

  • Monthly Plan: You can ask for a refund within 30 days of payment.
  • Yearly Plan: You can also ask for a refund within 30 days of payment.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Tell us your name, email, and reason for the refund
  • We will reply within 7–10 business days

3. Who Can Get a Refund

  • You must not have used any paid features.
  • We do not give partial refunds if you already used part of your subscription.

4. Special Refund Cases

4.1 Technical Problems
If Jobly has technical issues, please contact us first. We’ll try to fix the problem before giving a refund.

4.2 Unauthorized Charges
If someone else used your account to buy something, let us know immediately so we can check.
